Roads
The roads in the Zone is web-structured. Main roads are 60 meters wide and ordinary roads are 35 meters wide, all of which are high grade roads with cement surface.

Power supply
Four transformer substations which can satisfy the power supply of double return circuit for 10kv, 35kv, 110kv and 220kv, and a transformer substation which can satisfy the power supply for 550kv is just situated on the west of the zone.

Water supply
There is a water plant which supplies 300,000 tons of water daily in the zone. Supply pipes of ?300mm and ?500mm extend to the edge of the landmass.

Heating
There is a thermo-electrical plant in the Zone, which supplies both heating and electricity. We can also provide district heating to meet domestic and productive needs.

Communications
There is an exchange center of communication with an installed capacity of 155,000 lines, three 130 optical fiber cables, and 6 optical fiber cables for long distance communications connected to all other parts of the country. It can supply broad band connect business of 10M, 100M, 1000M.

Rainwater and sewage disposal
Rain water and sewage water are disposed separately in the Zone. There is a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 80,000 tons.

Gas
The coal gas pipeline has reached some areas in the Zone, and is continuing to extend over the whole area.
Source of the coal gas: two?500 medium pressure pipelines are used to transmit coal gas from the Nanjing City to the Jiangning Development Zone.
