Land Resources and Environment Bureau
Its responsibilities include: to take care of the application of national, provincial and municipal laws and regulations on land resources and environmental protection in the Development Zone; to review and approve the environmental protection and fire prevention components of the major project proposals; to collect, allocate and sell land, AND at the same time, to monitor and evaluate the land use; to take care of greening, cleaning and related administration; to maintain the public facilities and to protect and improve the environment in the Zone.
